 

| Bruno Medici was born in the beautiful region of Umbria in central Italy. At the age of 18 he moved to Rome to study photography at the famous "Institute of Cinematography & TV", during this time he also worked at the renowned "Studio Image" assisting various photographers in different fields of photography, including fashion, advertising and photojournalism.
At the age of 23 he moved to London to study and to gain more experience in the art of photography. He worked as press photographer for the Italian Embassy and also as correspondent for Olympia Press Agency in Milan, he has also worked as still photographer in various theatre and film productions.
During his career as press photographer he had the opportunity to photograph many celebrities including Lady Diana and Prince Charles, HM King Hussein of Jordan, HM Queen Elizabeth, Peter Ustinov, Italian ballet dancer Carla Fracci, Joan Plowright, Colin Blackley, Paul Newman, Robert Powell, Linsey de Paul, Bob Geldorf, Sebastian Coe, Angus Deayton, Margaret Thatcher, James Callaghan, Ronald Reagan and Italian president Sandro Pertini. In 1989 he was invited to the Sultanate of Brunei to take a series of portraits of various members of the Royal Family. From 1990 to 2002 he run a busy wedding, portrait and commercial studio in central London. He now works from his base in Bushey (Herts) and covers wedding, portrait and event assignments throughout the UK and abroad.
