Between two Catholics

1)  Baptism Certificate (Issued within 6 months of the date of the wedding )
2)  Confirmation Certificate
3)  Letter of Freedom from the Parish
4)  Information for Marriage  -  Form to be completed
5)  Certificate from local Town Hall  (Registry Office) Blue Form -  (Need to bring a proof of ID)
6)  There must be no impediment to the marriage:  an existing marriage bond or close family or blood relationship

Between Catholic and Church of England, Greek-Orthodox

A. For the Catholic
1) 
Baptism Certificate (Issued within 6 months of the date of the wedding)
2)  Confirmation Certificate
3)  Letter of Freedom from the Parish

4)  Mixed Religion  -  Form to be completed (This is done by the priest and Permission being obtained from Westminster Chancery Office.   The Catholic will be required to sign an undertaking to continue living their own faith and to do all in their power to have children(s) from the marriage baptised and brought up in the Church)
5)  Information for Marriage  -  Form to be completed
6)  Certificate from local Town Hall  (Registry Office)  Blue Form  -  (Need to bring proof of ID)
7)  There must be no impediment to the marriage: an existing marriage bond or close family or blood relationship

B. For Non Catholic
1) 
Baptism Certificate (Issued within 6 months of the date of the wedding)
2)  Letter of Freedom from a minister or Statutory Declaration of Freedom (Witnessed by a Commissioner for Oath)
3)  Mixed Religion   -  Form to be completed (This is done by the priest and Permission being obtained from Westminster Chancery Office. The Catholic will be required to sign an undertaking to continue living their own faith and to do all in their power to have children(s) from the marriage baptised and brought up in the Church)
4)  Information for Marriage  -  Form to be completed
5)  Certificate from local Town Hall  (Registry Office)  Blue Form  -  (Need to bring proof of ID)

Between Catholic and non baptised person (e.g. Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Jew, non baptised etc.)
